Empire EMCO assigns every customer a dedicated Regional Sales Manager based on their geographic location and manufacturing facility. Each Regional Sales Manager serves a specific territory across North America and provides local support backed by Empire EMCO’s engineering, sourcing, and supply chain resources. Whether you need help with custom rigid packaging, packaging engineering, global sourcing, or inventory planning, your regional consultant will serve as your primary point of contact throughout your project.
Can your Regional Sales Managers help with custom packaging design?
Yes. Empire EMCO’s Regional Sales Managers work closely with manufacturers to develop custom rigid packaging solutions tailored to specific products, manufacturing processes, and performance requirements. They collaborate with our packaging engineers and global manufacturing partners to recommend materials, container designs, closures, and production methods that support product protection, branding, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
What industries does Empire EMCO serve?
Empire EMCO supports manufacturers across a wide range of industries, including consumer packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage, personal care, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, household chemicals, automotive, industrial products, lawn and garden, and specialty chemicals. Our Regional Sales Managers understand the packaging requirements, regulatory considerations, and supply chain challenges unique to each industry.
Do you provide packaging engineering support?
Yes. Empire EMCO provides packaging engineering support for both new product development and existing packaging programs. Our engineering team works alongside Regional Sales Managers to evaluate package performance, material selection, manufacturing compatibility, sustainability goals, transportation requirements, and cost-saving opportunities. This collaborative approach helps manufacturers identify packaging solutions that perform reliably throughout the supply chain.
Can Empire EMCO help reduce packaging costs?
Yes. One of the primary goals of our Regional Sales Managers is helping manufacturers identify opportunities to reduce total packaging costs. This may include redesigning packaging, identifying alternative materials, consolidating suppliers, improving inventory management, optimizing freight, or leveraging Empire EMCO’s global sourcing network. Every recommendation is evaluated to ensure it maintains product performance while improving overall value.
Do you offer sustainable packaging solutions?
Yes. Empire EMCO helps manufacturers evaluate sustainable packaging options that align with both environmental objectives and business goals. Depending on the application, our team may recommend lightweight packaging, recyclable materials, PCR (post-consumer recycled) content, resin reduction, or alternative package designs that reduce waste while maintaining product protection and manufacturing efficiency.
What territories do your Regional Sales Managers cover?
Empire EMCO’s Regional Sales Managers serve manufacturers throughout North America, including the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Texas, the Western United States, Southern California, Ontario, Québec, and other key manufacturing regions. Each customer works directly with a dedicated Regional Sales Manager who understands the local market while providing access to Empire EMCO’s nationwide resources and global supplier network.
Why should I work with a packaging consultant instead of buying packaging directly?
Working with a packaging consultant gives you access to expertise beyond simply purchasing containers. Empire EMCO’s Regional Sales Managers help manufacturers evaluate packaging performance, manufacturing requirements, supply chain risks, sustainability goals, and total cost of ownership before recommending a solution. Rather than offering a single product line, we leverage a global supplier network, packaging engineering expertise, and more than 115 years of industry experience to help you find the right rigid packaging solution for your application.
Can you help if I'm having packaging or supply chain problems?
Yes. Solving packaging and supply chain challenges is one of Empire EMCO’s core strengths. Our Regional Sales Managers work with manufacturers to identify the root cause of issues such as supplier disruptions, long lead times, packaging failures, inventory shortages, rising costs, or production inefficiencies. By combining packaging engineering, global sourcing, supplier development, inventory programs, and logistics support, we develop practical solutions that improve reliability, reduce risk, and keep your operations moving.
Can Empire EMCO help with packaging for a new product launch?
Absolutely. Empire EMCO partners with manufacturers throughout the product development process, from initial concept to commercial production. Our team helps evaluate package design, material selection, manufacturing feasibility, sourcing options, sustainability initiatives, and production timelines to ensure your packaging is ready when your product goes to market. Whether you need a custom rigid packaging solution or an existing stock package, we’ll help you select the right option to support a successful product launch.
