Warehouse Associate

Location: Buffalo/Niagara Region (Cheektowaga, NY)

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, on-time shipments while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries
• Verify incoming and outgoing products against packing slips and shipping documents
• Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Basic computer skills are helpful
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
